07) No Freehosted Galleries, No Freehosts or ip's as urls.
08) Never submit the same url or content more than one time.
09) Reciprocal Links are Required
10) Thumbs can not open to html pages
11) Do not change gallery after submitting
12) No saturated content (mainly free sponsor content)
