guarantee that your gallery will get listed, or what traffic or sales you will get, we do
however guarantee that you will have access to the
submit page of the site with a username and password
to have the ability to submit your galleries. If you are

Auto-Billing
Please contact your sales person if you would like to receive your invoice automatically each month.
If you choose this option any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the expiration date. Otherwise
your campaigns will start immediately after the previous ones, and the dates will not be adjusted.
General Rules
1. All payment must be received within 5 days.
2. All refunds will be via check, regardless of the payment method
3. Refunds will not be issued on partially used Submit Passes. If your pass has been approved and you have submitted we can not credit back for unused days.
4. Submitters must have rights to the images that are used within their galleries. They must either own the images, or have license to use them.
5. Galleries must not contain misleading links, nor should they redirect to dialers, etc.
6. No childp*rn, rape, scat, beast galleries allowed.
7. No more than four sponsor links per gallery.
8. Thumbs must not open to html pages, or to pages with banners. They must only open to images.
9. Galleries must not be changed in any way once they are posted. Any clients found changing galleries and or "404" their pages will forfeit their pre-paid partner accounts. Any clients accused of redirecting or 404ing their galleries will be investigated immediately and dealt with accordingly.
10. We do not in any way support stolen or illegal content, and we will immediately report such things to the proper authorities.
11. no submitters using ESTDOMAINS for submitting will be sold passes. They are banned.
12. No free email addresses will be accepted for submit pass contact info. This means Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo type accounts.
13. Webmasters have the right to ban your pass. Explaination will be given for banning and creditting will be discretionary.
